What’s Covered

  • Peeling / Bubbling / Blistering (adhesive failure)
  • Cracking / Delamination under normal use
  • Color Stability (no purple fade on non-dye, IR/nano-ceramic, metalized films)
  • Haze / Adhesive Residue if caused by product defect
  • PPF: yellowing*, cracking, lifting at seams

*Minor tone shift from environment is normal.

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidents, impacts, vandalism, glass breakage, abuse
  • Improper care: blades, ammonia cleaners, pressure-wash on edges
  • Body/glass defects, rust, old glue contamination, damage from prior tint removal
  • Non-authorized installation or product tampering
  • Normal wear: minor swirl/micro-marring on PPF topcoat over time

How to Make a Claim

  1. Share clear photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Tell us the product name & installation date/location.
  3. Bring the vehicle/property for inspection at NanoShield.
  4. On approval, we repair/replace the affected film on covered areas.
